New Head Chef, Danny Grimshaw, has been hard at work perfecting a mouth-watering brunch menu so you won’t be disappointed by the incredible selection of sweet and savoury delights. You can opt for healthy options such as Smashed Avocado on toasted sourdough or a hearty Smoothie Bowl with fresh fruits and yoghurt, or something a little more indulgent like the Truffle ham and Gruyere croquettes or Scrambled eggs with a smoked salmon tart and goats cheese, all served with complimentary tea and coffee!
To top off this brunch experience, for all the oyster lovers out there, Scarlett invites you to indulge in the finest from the French ocean by offering free-flow oysters and French sparkling alongside the brunch menu. Go shuckin’ crazy and dive into Fine de Claire oysters for only $298 or with free-flow sparkling for $398.
