    There are 26 seats total and Andrea's kitchen is amazing, - haven't seen anything like it in Hong Kong!

    Hi Scotty!

    Andrea is a private chef that creates amazing dinner parties that the NY Times & Wall Street Journal have lauded as one of the ultimate dining experiences in Hong Kong. Andrea is passionate about healthy living and his cuisine is designed to stimulate and satisfy the palate with healthy nourishment while he shares the best pleasures of Italian home cooking. He is also writes the "Healthy Gourmet" column for the SCMP on Tuesdays.

    Eddie McDougall is the winemaker for his own Umami Wines of Australia and has won wine scores of 90+ points from James Halliday. Eddie has paired wines to match the dishes and Andrea will use them in the ingredients as well. Eddie is also a writer and writes an article for Time Out Hong Kong - The Wine Guy Eddie McDougall.

    It's shaping up to be an amazing evening!

    I'm the Restaurant Relationship Manager for Table For Two. I work with restaurants such as Grassroots Pantry, Cafe Roma, Blue Butcher, Bloom, JAR, and Red to promote their healthy menu items, they in turn donate HK$2 to Table For Two for each TFT healthy meal sold. 100% of that donation goes to a sustainable food program feeding students in Sub-Sahara Africa or China that are lacking in food. It's a solution to obesity and starvation that any diner can help solve!
