1. The National Day Fireworks Display

It's a well known fact that Hong Kong likes to go all in with the National Day firework celebrations. Catch 23 minutes of dazzling action as more than 23,000 fireworks light up the sky over Victoria Harbour. You can also listen to synchronised music playing from the speakers along the waterfront, or tune in to Radio FM 97.6 - 98.9 to hear it. Where To Watch Whether you perch along the waterfront, or up high in a skyscraper, make sure you arrive early to ensure you bag a prime position. Here are a few top spots to catch all the action:

2. Flag Raising Ceremony

Early birds can celebrate National Day by watching Hong Kong police officers conduct the flag raising ceremony. Set against the backdrop of the Forever Blooming Bauhinia Sculpture (the emblem of Hong Kong) outside the Hong Kong Convention Centre, the ceremony includes a rendition of the national anthem by the Police Band followed by a 10-minute musical performance.
