In-between the frenzied last-minute shopping, festive feasts, and big days out playing tourist in Hong Kong in lieu of lost vacations abroad, there is still the looming question of where to spend the final night of the year. Rounding up Hong Kong’s hottest upcoming New Year’s Eve parties at our favourite bars, clubs, and venues around town, here are our top picks for where to spend your 2021 countdown!

Say goodbye to 2021 in a bold and extravagant way by waltzing into Aria for their Venetian masquerade ball countdown. Melding together Japanese and Italian cuisines, Aqua’s celebrations are definitely high on the list of the city’s most spectacular ones. Celebrating their first New Year’s Eve party at their new HZentre location, the enchanting outdoor terraces will be transformed into an oasis where you can sit back and sip on delectable cocktails. Plenty of Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin champagne will be passed around when enjoyed as part of a free-flow package that also includes beer and soft drinks.
