Still figuring out plans for the summer to keep your child engaged and entertained? Why not treat them to a creative summer programme? Faust International Youth Theatre’s summer workshops are kicking off in June, and for the occasion, the organisation is offering Localiiz readers an exclusive opportunity for one child to join a 2024 summer programme! Read on to find out how to enter our competition to secure a spot for your kid.

Faust has been introducing kids in Hong Kong to the wonders of the performing arts since 1999. Through an array of English-speaking term-time, holiday, and summer programmes—with teachings that range from drama improv to script work, stage-fighting, storytelling, creative writing, musical theatre, and more—Faust ignites creativity in every kid that joins.

Faust’s summer programmes are now open for registration. Each week from 24 June till 23 August, different programmes allow children to learn new skills and develop self-confidence and teamwork, all the while having fun with stories.

The Summer Theatre programme for kids aged three to 15 is focused on acting, movement, communication, and is great to boost one’s confidence. The Creative Writing programme aimed at kids aged six to 14 is great to practice imagination, writing techniques, and foster a love of reading. The Musical Theatre programme welcomes children aged eight to 15 into a week of singing, dancing, and acting.

To celebrate the launch of the summer programmes, Faust is giving away one spot in one of its summer programmes to one lucky Localiiz reader! Available to any child aged three to 15 years old, the sought-after programmes last one week and you can enrol your kid in the programme of their choice, in any location and age group.

For a chance to win, simply answer one question: Which Faust summer programme (Summer Theatre, Creative Writing, or Musical Theatre) would you choose? Our competition with Faust International Your Theatre ends on Wednesday, 29 May, at 11 pm. Winners will be announced via email after the competition closes and will receive an e-voucher to redeem at registration.

If you’d like to register your kids to one of the summer programmes, Faust is also offering 10 percent off when registering for one or two programmes, and 15 percent off when registering for three programmes or more! This early-bird offer is applicable from now till 31 May. Find out more about Faust’s summer programmes here.
