La Colombe Rose

La Petite Maison

Couples who are seeking an intimate and cosy atmosphere need look no further than La Petite Maison’s Mediterranean-inspired bar. The team has dreamt up a rosy and refreshing cocktail called La Colombe Rose ($120), made from a homemade strawberry-infused tequila, dry vermouth, fresh strawberries, and grapefruit juice to enhance the notes of fresh berries and citrus. Served in an exotic cocktail glass, the rouge drink is topped with egg whites and dried strawberries to tint your dreams pink!

La Petite Maison, Shop 1, 1/F, H Queen’s, 23–29 Stanley Street, Central | (+852) 2887 1113

John Anthony

As part of their dinner set menu ($999 for two), John Anthony will be presenting two special Valentine’s Day cocktails as a romantic ode to the restaurant’s dedication to sustainability and zero-waste sensibility. With hibiscus-infused soda as a key ingredient in the vodka-based The One, the hibiscus flowers left over from the infusion are subsequently dehydrated, blended, and used as an edible garnish for gin-based The Other Half, connecting the drinks like lovers both in name and by components.

Duck & Waffle Hong Kong

Another cocktail duo can be found on Duck & Waffle’s Valentine’s Day set menu ($1,588 for two), where couples can enjoy their romantic meal with a special cocktail pairing ($220 for two). Options include For Her, a mix of gin, Malbec reduction, and blueberry cream that is topped with white chocolate foam, as well as For Him, a concoction of bourbon, maple syrup, coffee bitters, and smoke. You can also take home a complimentary photograph as a memento that captures the love in the air on the most romantic day of the year. Doesn't that just make you blush?

Frank’s

Those fancying a peek at Cupid’s Coconuts ($99) should head down to Frank’s, where the cheekily-named cocktail will be available for the entire week of Valentine’s Day. The coconut-water tipple is made with lemongrass-infused vodka, lychee juice, kaffir lime leaves, as well as roselle and vanilla syrup. Garnished with a velvety rose petal, this alluring cocktail will no doubt help you charm your way into anyone’s heart!

Alibi at Cordis Hotel

To pair with their Valentine’s Day set menu ($688), Alibi at Cordis Hotel tasked their award-winning mixologist Leo Cheung to come up with two cocktails made with the locally produced Perfume Trees Gin. Aptly named Sun and Moon, the first drink is made with a homemade tangerine peel and Pu’er tea soda, and the second, Hong Kong Spirit, is made with clarified milk punch and beetroot jelly. Each couple will also receive a complimentary miniature bottle of Perfume Trees Gin to keep the fun going even after the meal!
