Options include For Her, a mix of gin, Malbec reduction, and blueberry cream that is topped with white chocolate foam, as well as For Him, a concoction of bourbon, maple syrup, coffee bitters, and smoke. Aptly named Sun and Moon, the first drink is made with a homemade tangerine peel and Pu’er tea soda, and the second, Hong Kong Spirit, is made with clarified milk punch and beetroot jelly. Each couple will also receive a complimentary miniature bottle of Perfume Trees Gin to keep the fun going even after the meal!
