Inspired by the classic Hong Kong diner that served as the predecessor to the cha chaan teng, visitors will arrive at Hysan Place to find a pop-up café complete with bing sutt-inspired interiors and paraphernalia. Nespresso’s limited-time pop-up showcases special recipes that fuse local flavours with quality coffee from its latest Barista Creations line.

Yuenyeung (鴛鴦; jyun1 joeng1) is one of the most iconic traditional drinks served in bing sutts and cha chaan tengs and is made by mixing coffee and milk tea. Nespresso reimagines this unique pairing in the Bianco Piccolo Ying Yang, featuring a hand-picked capsule that forms the perfect union with Hong Kong-style milk tea.

The Iced Caramello Lemon Black pays homage to another local combo, the iced lemon tea coffee (凍檸啡; dung3 ling4 fe1). Made with the aromatic and slightly sweet Vaniglia, this cool drink is a must-have refresher as the summer approaches.

For those who prefer a little more sweetness in their drinks, the Rich Chocolate Cinnamon Reverso and the Golden Caramel Toffee Reverso are perfect choices for a mid-day pick me up. Head over to Hysan Place this weekend and unwind with a speciality brew!

Inspired by decadent desserts, the new Barista Creations capsules feature four new flavoured brews: the nutty Nocciola, the velvety and rich Ciccolatino, the smooth Caramello, and the aromatic Vanigla. Perfect for pairing with milk, this new selection allows coffee lovers to enjoy a rounded café experience in the comfort of their homes.
