New Eats: Where to get delivery & takeaway in Hong Kong this April

By Jen Paolini 3 April 2020 | Last Updated 17 April 2020

As we roll into the second quarter of the year, we renew our efforts and go on the hunt for the latest and greatest food offerings. Dining out is discouraged, so we’re staying in and browsing through new food delivery menus launched in Hong Kong this April to go through social distancing with a full and sated belly. After all, one can only bear so much instant ramen.

Order DiVino’s takeaway pizza for a good cause

While you’re spending altogether too much time contemplating whether you feel like Indian or Japanese for your next takeaway meal, why not consider old faithful pizza instead? DiVino Group is hand-tossing pies for a noble cause, with its three restaurants across Tsim Sha Tsui, Central, and Wan Chai participating in a self-initiated campaign to help raise funds for those in need. 10 percent of all proceeds from DiVino Group’s pizza sales will go towards supporting the Crema Hospital in Italy, one of many at the epicentre of the coronavirus outbreak. After all, you can never go wrong with a classic Parma ($178)—or if you’re feeling adventurous, the Storione ($178), a pie of lemon-scented Mascarpone cheese, smoked sturgeon, and field sprouts.
