Hot New Line-Up
Taste of Hong Kong welcomes 20 premier restaurants to Central Harbourfront this year, 75% of which are making their Taste debut. Festival goers will be able to tuck into over 60 mouth-watering dishes, including Taste-exclusive dishes that have never been seen before in the city. Dishes start from $50 and each participating restaurant will offer a choice of four, so there are plenty of options to sink your teeth into.
Back by popular demand, Okra, Yardbird, Zuma and Duddell’s will be returning to the festival this year, along with popular debuting eateries such as Chachawan, One Harbour Road, Pici, Poem Patisserie, as well as Michelin star cuisine from Bo Innovation and Caprice. That's not all, the city’s hottest restaurants including BlackSalt, HAKU, Forbidden Duck, Frantzén’s Kitchen, NewPunjab Club, and Little Bao will also be joining the force, promising to bring deliciously new and exciting dishes to satisfy every foodie.
Fun New Attractions
The four-day culinary extravaganza will also bring a programme of entertainment and attractions for all to enjoy. Aside from enjoying live cooking demonstrations and wine workshops, festival goers can sip, sample, and shop from a wide range of delicacies and beverages from all around the world at the
Gourmet Market, kick back to funky beats from some of Hong Kong’s hottest live bands and DJs at the
Sound Stage, and let their kids go wild with culinary and craft activities at the
Family Fun area by
Maggie & Rose on Saturday and Sunday. For the first time ever, all children under the age of 16 can enjoy access to the festival across all sessions for
free.

Those who appreciate the delicate craft of distillery will no doubt enjoy exploring the
The Singleton Glen Ord Single Malt Whisky Sensorium which makes its global debut at this year's Taste of Hong Kong. Visitors can take a seat at the tasting bar inside a giant purpose-built cask and be immersed within a stunning 360 degree video projection as they learn about the rich history, unique production, and unbeatable flavour profile behind the distillery.
