Here’s something exciting for heat seekers: Belles Hot Chicken is bringing their signature spicy fried chicken to 22 Ships in Wan Chai for a three-day pop-up!

Hardcore foodies will already be familiar with Belles Hot Chicken, the internationally-celebrated fried chicken eatery by Kiwi chef Morgan McGlone, where hot chicken, natural wines, and darn good times reign. To brief you through what to expect, Chef McGlone will be sending out his famed Nashville hot chicken order after order, paired with the best selection of natural wines for you to wash down the heat. Need a break from hot wings? He’s also serving up spicy chicken sandwiches, waffles and wings, a slew of sides (like the delectable Mac & Cheese), and punchy sauces for you to go dip-crazy. Available only for dinner on September 27, and brunch on September 28–29, the good (or bad) news is that the Belles pop-up will not take reservations and the weekend chicken feast is walk-in only.
