Elite Thai Boxing and Fitness

Want to support your community? Elite is a social enterprise that aims to empower at-risk and underprivileged youths through training sessions in Muay Thai to improve wellness. It also works to provide job opportunities to these youths as coaches, as well as life-development programmes. In 2018, Elite established Studio Battalion with intention of providing financial support for the enterprise’s various community projects. Studio Battalion offers normal classes open to everyone, and corporate classes if you and your colleagues want to duke it out (with respect and sportsmanship, of course!).

Muaythai Station

Located in Wan Chai, Muaythai Station gets its fair share of international gym-goers from all walks of life looking to train in this sport, providing authentic Muay Thai training to students who are looking to fight professionally. Southpaw

Don’t be boxed in by the name—Southpaw, aside from boxing, also teaches Muay Thai. Fully adhering to its belief of “champions are born in the gym,” Southpaw designs classes around its students. Each class can accommodate a maximum of four, so each person can benefit from the extra attention of their trainers, even in group training sessions. In addition to regular classes, Southpaw also hosts the Southpaw Boxing Club, where members have the chance to train with the club’s competitive teams to further their mastery of Muay Thai, and even prepare to enter Muay Thai competitions themselves.
