By Sophie Pettit 21 November 2018

From now until December 31, on selected dates only (see below), shoppers and passers-by can experience a traditional white Christmas and enjoy a 'Snowy Moment' for 10 minutes on the hour, between 5pm and 9pm. With the iconic Regent's Street ‘Spirit of Christmas’ light display hovering above, and a forest of festive trees gathered in the centre piazza down below, it's fair to say that this is the closest we will get to a traditional English Christmas in our sub-tropical city. And to make it all the more merry, there will be a Christmas Parade in the Avenue at 4pm on December 24 to 26, where a gang of dancers will bring vibrant songs and dances to the masses. Well, we don't know about you, but we're feeling all warm and fuzzy inside just thinking about it! 'Snowy Moment' Schedule November – 17-18, 24-25 December – 1-2, 7-9, 14-16, 21-23, 26-30 (5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, and 9pm) Special days – 24, 25, 31 Dec, (3pm, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and 11pm)
