If you thought Taylor Swift had some funky dance moves, you're gonna love this hot new music video from German Creative Media student Alexander Fock, who convinced his buddy Aufar to '
Shake It Off' around Hong Kong.
Donning a suit and dropping all inhibitions, his obliging friend gives Swift a run for her money by showcasing his best moves to the public in this very special rendition of the chart-topping hit, aptly named '
Dance Like Nobody's Watching in Hong Kong'.
"Hong Kong is just the perfect playground for me and my cameras," Fock tells Localiiz. "The video was done pretty much on one day. We started early in the morning from our residence in Kowloon Tong, went to the city and shot half the day. Aufar was really exhausted to say the least, we intended to get much more footage than we have now, but we called it a day after Aufar wasn’t feeling to good (it was 30 degrees that day and he had been dancing in a suit all day)."
Well we're certainly loving the end result - a great reminder to let loose once in a while. "The video has a bunch of messages but the most important thing is to entertain people with it. I want them to laugh and enjoy it. I just really liked the idea of this very serious, fast pace financial area with a lot of business people walking around to blend in with Aufar dancing in a suit. Maybe it’s supposed to say: Don’t take everything too seriously, sometimes you just have to shake it off." It sure made us laugh!
