It's officially the Year of the Dog and what could be a better way to celebrate than by wining and dining with your four-legged friend. Just check out these dog friendly bars and restaurants around the city which welcome your canine pal with open arms.

It's a rare occasion that you'll pass by popular watering hole Staunton's Wine Bar on a Sunday without spotting a pooch or two resting on the steps. Voted 'best people watching spot' in Hong Kong, this iconic venue on the corner of the bustling drinking street is the perfect place to enjoy healthy lunches in the day time and unwind with a glass or two in the evening alongside your little pal. Just ask for a water bowl and he can enjoy a tipple too.
