By Localiiz 15 May 2014
May 15th 2014 Judging by how many videos, satires and crazily time consuming projects we come across, it's pretty clear that modern Hong Kongers are truly obsessed with the MTR. But has it always been like that? Well....yes, according to these photos we found on Flickr. Thanks to the avid snappers/geeks who have documented our beloved transport system since its birth in 1979, we're able to take a trip down memory lane and coo at the innocence of the young MTR - before it got all corrupted by Octopus Cards, moving walkways and Candy Crush. Click through to see all the photos!
