Overview

So what's special about these guys? Well, being all about hassle-free living, all bedrooms at the Weave property are fully furnished, with prices inclusive of rent, utilities, use of common areas, and even regular housekeeping. The property accommodates up to 160 residents across 10 floors, with monthly rents ranging from $7,200 to $10,800 per bedroom (based on a 12-month term). Weave does its utmost to ensure that residents feel right at home by working with a mixture of local and international brands to incorporate impeccable design elements throughout the property. And that's not all, as the "community team" are big on socialising too, offering plenty of shared spaces and a full calendar of events which give residents the chance to mingle, make new friends, and become part of the Weave family. Tie this all together with an innovative, modern, and most importantly, affordable accommodation, and you've got yourself the perfect living space.

The Rooms

There are three types of bedrooms available at Weave - Premium, Standard, and Quad bedrooms. While all three options are furnished with the standard wardrobe and chest of drawers, desk and chair, a security door locking system, smart TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioner, only the Premium and Standard bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom and a mini fridge. The Quad bedrooms require residents to share a large bathroom and a fridge. On each floor, the pantry serves as a convenient focal point for residents to gather for their morning coffee, late night snack, or even a full-on dinner party to show off their culinary skills and cook up a feast.

The Amenities

As mentioned before, community is key for Weave. With a jam-packed calendar of events, ranging from yoga in the park and mixology classes, to live stand-up comedy and art workshops, the events and activities on offer provide the perfect platform for residents to connect. Apart from a semi-private pantry on each floor, residents also get to enjoy the main amenities floor which features table tennis, pool tables, video games, darts, vending machines, and a well-equipped gym and kitchen. Best of all, they can head up to the rooftop terrace, fire up the barbecue, and enjoy the breathtaking view of Lion's Rock.

The Experience

As part of its vision to provide a modern and hassle-free living space, Weave also has a one-stop-shop digital app which acts as a communication platform for residents to share their news, such as discounts at a local restaurant, or to notify the Weave community team of any problems. Thanks to their all-inclusive rent, regular housekeeping, and centralised maintenance services, residents never have to worry about spending the weekends running errands, and can instead concentrate on what's really important - having fun!

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK, Jenny grew up with the best of both worlds. She loves just about anything to do with music and doesn’t shy away from belting out a tune or two when it comes to karaoke. If she’s not out and about exploring the city and practising her photography skills, she’s probably tucked up in bed with a book or glued to her laptop doing her online shopping.
