Thanksgiving does not always have to be a humongous affair. A group as small as four people can enjoy this American-style feast of roasted turkey in spiced cranberry sauce and gravy, with hearty mascarpone and brown butter whipped mashed potatoes, luscious green bean casserole with crispy shallots, and devilish Fontina and provolone mac-and-cheese from Black Sheep Restaurant Group.
