What makes Hong Kong so... Hong Kong? Some people might say it’s our iconic harbour or the looming skyscrapers, while some might say it’s the food or traditional artisans displaying near-extinct craftsmanship. And while we agree with the above, we do feel like the things that set Hong Kong apart from other places in the world are the small things that you don’t really notice. We’re not just talking about stinky tofu—we’re talking about what the unique advertisements, productive use of technology, creative ways to stand out from the crowd, and much more!

Having lived in Hong Kong, Beijing, and London sure is a fun fact whenever people try to guess Ching’s accent. She loves switching between all these language channels and her ‘mother tongue’ is just determined by how many drinks she’s had for the night! She loves movies, travelling, and exploring cities, from hidden alleys to gourmet dining, so feel free to hit her up if you need any suggestions for dinner!
