Championing rising local female artists and encouraging positive mental health culture, “Journey to Self” is an ongoing mental health art exhibition organised by multidisciplinary creative studio Hello Colour, in collaboration with WeWork Hong Kong and Phenomenally Pink.
Held from 8 to 31 July, the gallery exhibition presents vibrant contemporary artworks and designs from Hong Kong female and non-binary artists. The community-first show explores the impactful role of creative expression for well-being, offering fresh perspectives on mental health, mental illness, and recovery, with interactive pieces inviting participation and open dialogue around mental health.
