Following the overwhelming support for BELON’s Feast for Our Family, which raised enough money that about 50 back waiters, cleaners and low-income team members did not have to take unpaid leave in April, Black Sheep Restaurants is making the initiative a rotating event. This May, Chef Palash Mitra of Michelin-starred New Punjab Club curates a Punjabi feast ($2500 serves two) available for delivery, dinner only, 9-10 May (making it a stunning option for a Mother’s Day supper at home). Highlights of the four-course meal include a Feast for Our Family off-menu exclusive Lamb Shank Biryani with Salaan Raita, plus a selection of signatures from the boisterous tandoor grillhouse, with a vegetarian-friendly menu too. Once again the full $2500 will go directly to the team members who need it the most with all food and beverage costs absorbed by Black Sheep Restaurants.
Orders can be placed from now until 7 May by emailing [email protected]. Delivery can be arranged anywhere from Cyberport to Quarry Bay and up to The Peak.
