Back by popular demand, Uma Nota presents a dining experience that combines their signature fusion food with a chef-led omakase concept. The six to eight-course menus feature techniques of Brazilian churrasco and Japanese robatayaki, showcasing dishes made from the finest ingredients from Japan and Brazil.
Led by Chef Gustavo, the bill of fare creates a smooth-flowing journey of flavours through the best of Nipo-Brasileiro street food inspired grill-top cooking. For one night only on 19 July, guests can enjoy a six-course menu ($490) or eight-course menu ($590) “umakase” dinner starting at 6 pm. To complement the dining event, the Kanpai drinks package is also on offer. The dishes are paired with curated sake, and can also be enjoyed with an additional wine upgrade.
