Black Sheep Restaurant presents: “Plated” summer series

By Localiiz 16 June 2021

Event Information

START DATE 21 Jun 2021

As the season turns to summer, weekends in Hong Kong are filled with junk parties and beachside bashes, but come Monday morning, the looming work week can seem to stretch infinitely ahead. Black Sheep Restaurants is here to perk up the start of your week with the summer edition of “Plated”, a Monday and Tuesday night dinner series of value-driven menus, offered at unbeatable value.

“Plated” was first launched late last year when the all-star chefs at Black Sheep Restaurants found that following the weekend rush, the start of the week lent them a chance to flex their creative muscles, experiment with new ingredients, and introduce off-menu dishes inspired by seasonal produce. Highlighting a new rotation of restaurants every few months, the “Plated” summer series officially kicks off on 21 June, with all-new menus available at Le Garçon Saigon, Taqueria Super Macho, and Osteria Marzia!

Le Garçon Saigon is shining light on the sweet and spicy flavour profiles of Vietnam, presenting “Un été Saïgonais” ($288) which features tropical summer fruits such as mango, pineapple, and papaya. Inspired by the season‘s vibrant produce, Taqueria Super Macho‘sFiesta de Verano ($188) is brimming with south-of-the-border flavours, and balanced with his signature zing of spice. At Osteria Marzia, Chef Luca‘s seafood-forward menu A Summer in Amalfi” ($488) whisks you straight to the glittering aquamarine coasts of Southern Italy, featuring preeminent catches of the sea like the delicate snapper, the robust spanner crab, and salt-baked sea bream.
