Chef May Chow, head of Little Bao, is kicking off the first of her collaborative chef series with a joint effort alongside Censu’s chef Sun Sato. Announcing a menu that weds Little Bao’s Chinese-inspired comfort eats with Censu’s refined Japanese fare, their delectable eats feature the zesty chicken pomelo salad, succulent toothpick beef, a reinterpreted Censu bao, and more. Catch the pop-up exclusively on 8 May, available on a first-come, first-served basis from 12 pm onwards.
