Starting from June 9, the Barcelona-inspired joint will be joining hands with renowned chefs from all of Hong Kong's leading F&B concepts for “Hot Wednesdays,” a fortnightly cena de fiesta that presents a beautiful menu of inventive fusion dishes that join together the best of world cuisines.
Each dinner session starts from 6 pm, and will consist of one paella and three tapas dishes, lovingly concocted under the theme of two unique cultural gastronomies coming together. The dazzling roster features a mix of expert masters in British, Japanese, Peruvian, and Vietnamese cuisines. Prepared to be wow-ed by the night of colourful fun, food, and great company that awaits on Hot Wednesdays.
