This year marks the tenth edition of Negroni Week! To celebrate, Campri and Imbibe come together to raise funds for Slow Food. More than 40 restaurants and hotels in Hong Kong are participating in Negroni Week, offering different Negroni-themed activities and delights.
You can enjoy exclusive Negronis from popular bars around the city, including Aqua, Argo, Coa, Daily Tot, Darkside, Salisterra, Terrible Baby, The Dispensary, and more. The opening party, “Closer Than Ever,” will take place on 12 September, where each participating bar will create one original Negroni recipe. The closing party is on 18 September, with bartenders from six bars competing to make a Negroni as fast as they can. Other activities include a delicious brunch at Cantina, an art of mixing session hosted by Sandeep Hathiramani of Thirsty Shaker, and more.
