La Mer

Being the only AAA Five Diamond and Forbes Five Star restaurant in Hawaii, La Mer is a must-visit restaurant when in town. Not only can you enjoy it’s spectacular ocean views, you can also taste an internationally acclaimed set menu that features local and tropical ingredients. Sushi Sasabune

Known for their signature omakase course that features 13 to 14 courses, this Japanese restaurant has had it’s doors open since 1997. Their omakase is designed to be flexible and special for each customer. Sushi Sasabune also aims to showcase as much of Hawaii’s seafood as possible by sourcing most of it's ingredients locally.
