Following the success the first ever Steak Rebellion pop-up experience back in November last year, dry-aged meat specialists The Butcher's Club have teamed up with Localiiz favourite caterer Pyjama to bring their unique dining experience to Sheung Wan’s The Space on March 1st.
Expect freshly shucked oysters, signature cured meats and award-winning steaks, all lovingly seared over an open-fire grill by executive chef Aarik Persaud and the team, who will be in character and full costume in the makeshift chophouse. They’ll also be wielding rather large knives, so make sure you clean your plate!
