Localiiz is offering one lucky Localiiz reader the opportunity to celebrate this Mid-Autumn Festival with a luxurious staycation package at the Grand Hyatt! And the best part? Everyone can be a winner! Participants who miss out on winning the grand prize don’t have to walk away empty-handed.

Our Mid-Autumn Festival giveaway, sponsored by Generali, will give one lucky winner the opportunity to enjoy a five-star staycation at the Grand Hyatt hotel. Guests will spend the night in a deluxe harbourview room with breakfast for two on the morning after, plus $1,000 in hotel dining credits (total retail value of $5,000).

Generali will additionally offer a bottle of Prosecco sparkling wine to Localliz readers to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. Simply join the competition and complete a personal survey with a Generali advisor to receive the Prosecco, which pairs very nicely with fruits and mooncakes!

Our winner and participants will then be contacted after the competition ends for their gift redemption. Terms and conditions apply. 1. This competition is brought to you by Localiiz, sponsored by Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited (“Generali” or “the Sponsor”). 2. Entry is open to residents of Hong Kong except employees (and their families) of Localiiz.com (HK) Ltd, the sponsor of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competition. 3. The competition closes on 6 September 2022 at 23:45. The winner(s) will be announced on or after 7 September 2022 and posted on this competition page. 4. The prize(s) will be awarded to entrants who have answered the competition question(s) and the most touching answer will be determined by a panel of Localiiz judges. 5. The information provided by the entrants will be transferred to the Sponsor, Generali, for contacting the winner(s) and participants in regards to the redemption of the gifts by call, email or other communication means. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, Localiiz.com (HK) Ltd reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant. 6. All prizes must be collected at Generali’s Tsim Sha Tsui office in person by 31 December 2022. (Name and mobile will be checked according to the personal information in the form.) 7. To be entitled to the Prosecco, the participant must complete a personal survey with a Generali advisor in person. Information collected during the survey will be used by Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited (“Generali”) as a saving need analysis. Each participant may only participate in the survey once within the past year. 8. The staycation package is valid to redeem on or before 31 January 2023, blackout public holiday & Eve. 9. The winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their name to make a public announcement of the prize award and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Localiiz.com (HK) Ltd relating to any post-winning publicity. 10. The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over, proof of identity and age may be required. 11. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition and the use of a false name or email address will result in disqualification. 12. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit. 14. The prizes are not transferable and subject to availability and Localiiz reserve the right to cancel the giveaway at any time or change the provisions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof. 15. The winner(s) is (are) responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prizes, including transport to the venue or additional orders. 16. Company reserves the right to replace the Gift with other items at any time without prior notice. 17. Participants understand and accept that Localiiz and Generali are not the suppliers of the Gift offered in this Promotion. Generali shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the Gift, including without limitation, their quality, supply, descriptions provided by the suppliers, false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Gift provided by the relevant suppliers, their respective employees, officers and/or agents. The use of the Gift is subject to the terms and conditions as stipulated by the suppliers (if applicable). In case of any disputes, participants should deal with the Gift supplier directly.18. Failure to respond, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 19. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. 20. The provider of the prize is specified within the promotional material. 21. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail. 22.
