Get a complimentary bottle of Junmai Daiginjo sake when you book the new sushi omakase menu at Yu-en!

Now that the city has finally hit the play button on dinner service again, omakase joint Yu-en have revived its beloved menu of fresh and aged sushi with a brand new twist to boot! Incorporating seasonal delights as well as its speciality aged items, its delectable menu encompasses tsumami, sashimi, sushi, fish broth, and rounds off with fresh fruit. Expect to see top catches like Ezo abalone, blackthroat seaperch, Tokishirazu chum salmon, and more.

Localiiz readers who make a reservation from now until 30 June 2022 for the brand-new dinnertime omakase menu will receive complimentary bottles of Junmai Daiginjo sake. Do keep in mind that the dining date can be set for after the deadline above, but the booking must be made before the due date specified.

For bookings of two, a 300-millilitre bottle of Junmai Daiginjo is gifted, whilst bookings between three to five are given a 720-millilitre sized Junmai Daiginjo bottle. Simply enter the code ilovesake on the website when making a reservation, and you will be eligible for your bottles. Kanpai!

Yu-en

Yu-en is the first omakase restaurant in Hong Kong specialising in aged sushi, with a dry-ager on display that showcases the process of top-quality wild tuna from prestigious locations like Ōma, Aomori. Executive chef and owner Takeshi Tong has developed an original two-stage ageing technique that merges Hyoten Jukusei freezing point ageing with wet ageing and dry ageing, resulting in fish with an intense umami flavour and unparalleled complexity.
