Fineprint

When it comes to drool-worthy avocado toasts, few have earned as much critical acclaim as Fineprint—and it’s not hard to see why. For starters, the sourdough used as the base of their toasts is handmade and baked on-site daily, so customers can enjoy the aromatic bread in all its tangy and crusty glory fresh out of the oven. Just like their sourdough, their avocado and topping ingredients are always fresh and of premium quality.

And the real kicker? They offer three different variations of the tasty green toast. There’s the classic avo toast ($85), seasoned with lemon, basil, sea salt, and olive oil; the half and half ($90), which comes with a refreshing and flavourful tomato feta salad; and the smoked salmon avo toast ($105), a gourmet construction made even more sumptuous with a sprinkle of crunchy harissa spiced nuts.

Coffee lovers know this bright and spacious shop as a trusty spot for a cup of joe, but its cooked food menu does not disappoint, either. In line with its minimalist décor, NOC (which stands for “Not Only Coffee”) keeps its avocado toast offerings simple and refined.

If you’re a purist, you will love the avocado toast ($94), which consists of sliced avocado on sourdough bread, hit with light seasoning and a wedge of lemon. With minimal garnishing, the natural, fresh flavours of the avocado and sourdough take centre stage and you can genuinely taste the quality of the ingredients.
