The British singer, songwriter, and member of 80s pop duo Wham!, is remembered as an icon of the imaginative spirit of the 1980s and 1990s, and nurtured many friendships with contemporary artists throughout his 35-year career, including Damien First, Tracey Emin, Sarah Lucas, and Marc Quinn. Michael's private art collection represents his dedication to cutting-edge creativity in every field and his deep admiration for those who, like himself, rose to prominence by challenging the status quo.
