Event Information

START DATE 26 Jun 2021
END DATE 06 Aug 2021
Central Harbourfront Event Space, 9 Lung Wo Road, Central

Returning for the fifth year, the annual SummerFest will be held at the Central Harbourfront Event Space (CHES) from June 26 to August 6. This large-scale summer event lasting over a month will provide more than 25 wide-ranging activities with the themes #TimeOff, #ChillOut and #PowerOn, guaranteeing an extraordinary, fun-filled summer.

Throughout the festival, an immersive experience at Monet Garden is available for visitors to lose themselves in the dreamy French vibes inspired by the great impressionist painter Claude Monet. Other daily programmes include “Summoji” which features a brand-new series of 3D summer smileys, as well as the “Light/Shadow Maze” which dazzles you in different ways in daylight and moonlight. Enjoy two other key programmes: “Living Art Space” (July 17 - August 6) and “Home Sweet Woof! Festival” (July 29 – August 6). The former comprises on-stage and off-stage performances, engaging recreational facilities and a lifestyle market, as well as handicraft workshops, providing an all-rounded experience for the hipsters out there. The latter provides an exceptional space where pawrents and pets can enjoy some quality family time in this bustling city.

Visit SummerFest on the weekends for a variety of activities: relax with African drums, ukulele, busking and other light music live performances and workshops, or get moving with dynamic sessions of tennis, baseball, street dancing, orienteering, balance bikes, rhythmic gymnastics, ballet and more. Gear up to join Beat the Heat Fitness Night on three consecutive Friday evenings.
