The world's largest sustainable fashion design competition, the Redress Design Award, works to educate emerging fashion designers around the world about sustainable fashion design theories and techniques. Since participating, many of the award’s alumni have gone on to establish internationally recognised sustainable brands or pursue successful roles in the fashion industry.
The year 2020 marks the 10th cycle of the Redress Design Award. In celebration, the winning designs of the nine previous cycles will be displayed at the Redress Design Award Retrospective Exhibition this month, showcasing the transformation of textile waste into stunning fashion pieces by our talented emerging designers, where they are now, and the evolution of the competition.
