#namastayathome - Cultivating Kindness One Breath at a Time

This 75-minute Yin Yang yoga class is designed to help you find your balance and keep you centered amidst the challenges you may be facing. Doris and Holly will lead you through some Breathing and Meditation exercises, an active and dynamic Yang Yoga practice followed by a restorative and calming Yin Yoga practice. This class is open to people with all experience levels - beginners included!

To extend our heartfelt gratitude to medical workers who are working extremely hard to fight the virus, this class is FREE of charge for anybody working in the healthcare field. Please select the free ticket type labelled "Free Ticket for Medical Worker" upon checkout.

For everyone else, we kindly ask for a minimum of $100 donation that will go to Habitat for Humanity Hong Kong 仁人家園's COVID-19 Emergency Resilience Fund. Driven by the same vision as Habitat for Humanity International that everyone needs a decent place to live, Habitat Hong Kong is dedicated to raising awareness of the need for decent, affordable housing and harnessing resources to improve living conditions for families in our city. This is an online class conducted via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom meeting link upon registration. The class will be conducted in English.
