Prepared by Cuisine de Chef James Oakley, highlighted dishes from the 4-Course Set Lunch ($428) or Dinner ($428) menu include Fresh Seafood Platter and a choice of mains such as Hereford OBE Organic Grass-fed Beef, followed by a delectable dessert, Strawberry and White Chocolate Mousse, to complete the dining experience.
