By Jenny Leung 19 March 2019

Event Information

START DATE 29 Mar 2019
END DATE 29 Mar 2019
1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai
If you’re heading to Art Basel this year, be sure to check out “M+ Live Art: Miraculous Trajectories”, a live cinema event co-presented by M+, West Kowloon Cultural District and Art Basel Hong Kong, on March 29, 6.30pm. Inspired by three mysterious, real-life disappearances – an English mountain climber in 1924, a Dutch conceptual artist in 1975, and a Chinese fishing boat in 2011 – Cheng’s 70-minute film is accompanied by an original soundtrack composed and performed by Shao Yanpeng, one of China’s most established electronic music artist. Perfectly combining visually striking scenes, with sounds, history, and the mystical, you don’t want to sit this one out. Admittance to the performance is based on a first come, first served basis, so register here now!

Jenny Leung

Senior editor

Born in Hong Kong and raised in the UK, Jenny grew up with the best of both worlds. She loves just about anything to do with music and doesn’t shy away from belting out a tune or two when it comes to karaoke. If she’s not out and about exploring the city and practising her photography skills, she’s probably tucked up in bed with a book or glued to her laptop doing her online shopping.
