Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will host two-Michelin-starred culinary sensation Yim Jung-sik, of Jungsik in Seoul and New York, at the Mandarin Grill + Bar and The Krug Room for three days only in October. Celebrated for his contemporary take on Korean cuisine, the chef’s gastronomic achievements have been honoured on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list for three consecutive years, making his pop-up in Hong Kong an especially exciting occasion.

On 5 October, the Mandarin Grill + Bar will be the stage on which Yim will cook up six- or nine-course lunch and dinner experiences.
