Our favourite saloon has invited the folks of Sri Lankan seaside cocktail bar Smoke & Bitters to Hong Kong for the first time! For one night only on 28 February, from 7 pm till late, Smoke & Bitters, awarded the Best Bar in Sri Lanka and ranked No. 40 on the Asia’s 50 Best Bars list, will lead the shift.
For the occasion, the cocktail menu is inspired by fruits, spices, bitters, and most importantly, rum: Just Pina, Mai Chai, 3-Star Fizz-Bizz, Smoky & The Bandit, and Island in the Sun are all Plantation Rum-based. Also on the menu are a mysterious S&B-Slushee and a special Sri Lankan pizza. A DJ will be present, putting a spin on Honky Tonks’s fun atmosphere.
