The Hong Kong Science Museum is showing BBC Earth’s dome-show documentary Antarctica 3D, a 24-minute exploration narrated by Benedict Cumberbatch. The frosted continent is full of mystery, wonders, and, most importantly, life! Despite its hostile climate, wildlife thrives, and the movie shows footage of hunting and humpback whales, krill, penguins, plankton, and more. Antarctica 3D is a beautiful testimony to nature, as well as a wake-up call to climate change and what we can still do to counter its consequences.

Screenings are at 2 pm and 6.30 pm on weekdays (except on Tuesdays when the museum is closed) and at 12.30 pm and 5 pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Get your tickets here.
