The nineteenth edition of the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival (HKAFF) returns this October with more than 60 titles for movie enthusiasts to enjoy! Presented in collaboration by the HKAFF Society and Broadway Cinematheque, the curated list of films includes famous titles from various international film festivals. Curators and organisers have also extended the reach of the festival to new local directors, opening and closing the festival with their masterpieces.
Screening venues for 2022 include Broadway Cinematheque, Premiere Elements, Movie Movie Cityplaza, Broadway The One, Palace IFC, B+ Cinema APM, and My Cinema Yoho Mall. Tickets for the opening and closing movies are available for purchase online from 1 October. General tickets are available from 2 October.
