Join Springbok Wines for a casual and fun wine tasting in association with Chief’s Blend! On 9 September, Springbok Wines will be showcasing the very best of the Cape Winelands at South African farm-style cafe Chief’s Blend. Five wines will be sampled on the night and enjoyed alongside delicious South African cuisine. Each wine will be presented with a story behind it, so guests can better understand the wine’s origins and can get the most out of their sipping experience. Adding on to the fun, the night will also feature a quiz and prizes!
Wines that will be featured on that night include De Grendel Cap Classique Proposal Hill Brut Rosé 2016, Aristea Sauvginon Blanc—Semillon 2019, Lammershoek White Mysteries, Spioenkop Pinotage 2019, and City on a Hill Red 2019. They will be paired with a Biltong and cheese platter and a choice of moreish grilled mains, with options like Farmstyle Beef Boerewors Hot Dog, Durban-Style Bunny Chow Ciabatta, and Wagyu Cheeseburger.
