In response to the challenges in the food and beverage industry, Zuma Hong Kong is set to host “Kyoyu Sundays”, their first-ever series of pop-ups showcasing a cocktail pairing experience with an exciting bar line-up to inject the city’s bar scene with positivity.
For three consecutive Sundays from 17 to 31 January 2021, supported by Metagroup, Zuma will transform into a stage to welcome mixologists and bar teams from three internationally acclaimed Hong Kong cocktail bars—The Old Man, Bar Buonasera, and The Pontiac, respectively. Each bar will be shaking cocktails at Zuma for an exclusive one-day-only collaboration, designed to perfectly complement the dishes at Zuma.
