Paying homage to hundreds of the finest wines from around the world, Shangri-La’s assistant vice president of regional wine programme and master sommelier, Yohann Jousselin, orchestrates an inaugural five-day wine event called “A Festival of Wine by Shangri-La,” spanning across three sister properties, Island Shangri-La, Kowloon Shangri-La and Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong from 24 to 28 November 2020.
Guest can learn from wine experts at their 11 unmatched wine events from iconic wine dinners to prestigious luncheons, a wine fair and tasting and an outdoor sparkling sundowner. Introducing over 220 labels of quality wines and champagnes, sourced from Old World and New World regions, an epicurean extravaganza awaits where grapes take centre stage. Special highlights include the sixth-anniversary iconic wine dinner at Restaurant Petrus, the wine fair in The Atrium at Island Shangri-La, the five-hour sparkling sundown at Kerry Hotel’s rooftop bar Red Sugar, and a wine tasting at Kowloon Shangri-La’s Tapas Bar.
