Available from now until 5 September, Chef Ivan Chan has curated a special summer lunch menu featuring all-you-can-eat salad bar, one of Prohibition‘s bestselling signature mains, a daily dessert, and optional soup.
With each ingredient carefully sourced, the summer salad bar presents an array of fresh leafy greens, homemade mixed salads, cold cuts, cheeses, and American street food—a hearty start to a hearty meal. Chef Ivan specially sourced extra virgin olive oil and vinegars from Italy for guests to savour, including a fresh and light extra virgin olive oil from northern Italy and a fruity extra virgin olive oil from southern Italy. Diners can pair the salad greens with the oil and vinegar according to their personal preference to elevate the whole tasting experience.
For the mains, choose from eight of Prohibition’s signature food items, namely Falkland Island, Toothfish, Madagascar King Prawn, Philly Cheesesteak and USDA Black Angus Ribeye, with all mains served with side dish. Lastly, daily dessert will be served to complete the scrumptious meal.
