Previously only available online and in Meraki Hospitality restaurants, the pop-up comes in-demand as a teaser to a flagship store opening on Hong Kong Island later this year. Cookie Vission takes the dessert game by storm bringing five signature lava-centred flavours to its first pop-up location: the rich, nutty, and chocolaty hazelnut nutella ($40); triple chocolate ($40) with dark, milk, and white chocolate chunks; the popular Portuguese egg tart ($50); funfetti cheesecake ($40), topped with colourful fruity pebbles; and matcha macadamia white chocolate chip ($50) with its signature molten matcha ganache filling.
A nod to Canto-cookie delights, the brand new Hong Kong milk tea crème brûlée ($50) creation will be exclusively available throughout the first month. A silky and creamy milk tea filling is enclosed in a chunky, yet chewy, cookie casing with the final blow-torched touch finished on-site, to replicate the famous French brûlée dessert. Next, an innovative Hong Kong egg waffle ($50) cookie is available throughout November. Reimagining the iconic street snack, this one-time-only flavour combines the much-loved local dessert with New York-style cookie dough, baked to crispy and gooey perfection.
