World Gin Day is coming up around the corner, and where better to celebrate it than at Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour?

For the entire month of June, Dr. Fern is celebrating the creativity and variation of Hong Kong Gins including: Two Moons Distillery Gin, Perfume Trees Gin, Gweilo Gin, Bauhinia Gin, N.I.P. Gin, and Porcelain Shanghai Mandarin Gin, with his very own Hong Kong Gins Celebration. The celebration encourages all patients to simply sip, vote, and enter in a bottle giveaway.

The gins are available in Gin Flights (your choice of any 3 gins out of the 6) for only $250, complete with tonics and botanicals, or enjoy your favourite gin by the glass with a specially paired tonic by our expert Doctors-on-call. The citrusy, aromatic Two Moons Distillery Gin has been paired with London Essence Indian Tonic ($145) and dusted with fresh botanicals such a lemon peel, pink pepper,
and cardamom. Warm, herbaceous Perfume Trees Gin is topped off with 1724 Tonic ($190), an orange  peel, a grapefruit peel and edible flowers. Gweilo Gin (made with Mosaic, the lead hop from their signature Pale Ale, and Yuzu Lemon) is prescribed with Goldberg Yuzu Tonic ($120). The botanicals kept here are  simple with a lemon wheel and juniper berries. To bring out the crisp notes in Bauhinia Gin, Dr. Fern prescribes Folkington’s Indian Tonic ($155), with a grapefruit peel, juniper berries and edible flowers. NIP Gin, the wholesome combination of 21 different botanicals, is best paired with London Essence Indian Tonic ($160), a lemon peel, Dr. Fern tea bag, and juniper
berries. Lastly, Porcelain Shanghai Dry Gin - Mandarin Edition (available exclusively at Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour) has been created with a variety of 18 botanicals and offers a wellrounded citrus character, particularly when paired with Folkington’s Indian Tonic ($135), a slice of orange, pink pepper and lavender to bring out the lightest of floral notes.

Dr. Fern’s will also be hosting a giveaway for those who choose to sip on a Hong Kong gin in June! Simply use your phone to scan a QR code (which will be provided by our Doctors) and vote for your favourite gin. Our Doctors will tally up votes for everybody’s favourite Hong Kong after June 30th, and the winning gin will be added onto Dr. Fern’s upcoming menu of Recommended Gin & Tonics Pairings!
