On Wednesday 23rd of October BEDU’s Executive Chef Corey brings the Middle East to the East with an interesting take on Chinese flavours with Middle Eastern accents. Inspired by the Far East and Chinese cuisine, Chef Corey has created a multi course feast with Middle Eastern twists popular at BEDU. The night will begin with Cured Scallops with Fermented Chilli and Sumac, Silken Chinese Steamed Free-Range Egg with Sesame, Soy and crispy Sucuk, andDrunken Cloudy Bay Clams served with a Crab and Preserved Cabbage Salad. For the second serving, think Char Siu Cauliflower with Smashed Salted Cucumber, Twice-Cooked Master Stock Pork Belly and homemade XO Sauce and the star of the show; Whiskey and Plum Smoked Duck served Crispy with Homemade Pickles. End the night on a sweet note with a Ginger Milk Pudding and Walnut Cookie Crumb. The menu costs HK$605 per person, with a limited number available on the night.
