Crafted by Executive Chef Sato Kiyoshi, Honjo will offer two special brunch experiences to accommodate guests who follow different types of dietary restrictions. For meat and seafood lovers, the classic brunch ($368) will feature dishes such as the Tuna Cracker, Wagyu Striploin and Salmon Teriyaki. Guests who stay away from meat will be delighted to hear that the restaurant’s vegetarian brunch will include dishes such as the signature Fruit Tomato, Shojin Sushi and Vegetable Tempura.
At Honjo during dinner ($480), guests will enjoy exquisite starters such as the Wings, Iberico, Hamachi and Wagyu Tartare before tucking into a generous assortment of sushi and sashimi. After guests sample the delightful small plate delicacies, the mains will be on their way, further enhancing the already exceptional spread. Featuring wagyu striploin, the succulent and tender Steak will brighten the special occasion. For a premium meaty experience, A5 Tenderloin will also be on offer at an additional HKD90 per person. Completing the meal will be a specially crafted Umeboshi Yuzu Curdto indulge the sweet tooth.
