Swapping cookers for live fire, and amplifiers for acoustic guitars, the team at Brut! is going back to basics to challenge themselves in creating a special six-course fine-dining menu – without using any electricity! Cutting all power at the venue, guests can expect a one-of-a-kind ambience lit by flickering candles, and the sweet sounds of live music by talented musician Alex Purdue, while enjoying a secret menu of dishes inspired by open-fire camping and beach settings.
