Event Information

START DATE 07 Jun 2020
END DATE 28 Jun 2020
Shop 8, UG/F, Sino Plaza, 255 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay

Aulis Hong Kong, the brainchild of renowned British chef Simon Rogan, will transform into a casual all-day dining venue on Sundays throughout June to host a special pop-up by Aulis London. Having first opened its doors in London in 2017, Aulis London is a standalone development kitchen for Simon’s London-based team of chefs at 1-Michelin-starred Roganic London. A cross between a private chef’s table and behind-the-scenes development kitchen, the Aulis concept provides a unique preview into chefs’ innovative work within a dynamic and intimate space.

For this rare opportunity to experience Aulis London firsthand, guests may choose from seven two-hour-long slots throughout the day on 7th, 14th, 21st (Father’s Day) and 28th June, starting from 9am and ending with the last slot at 9pm.

Available exclusively on Sundays throughout June, Aulis London’s pop-up will reveal some of its more casual signature dishes to guests in Hong Kong. Guests can build their own tasting courses by choosing any three dishes for HK$280 or HK$450 for any five dishes.

Culinary offerings include Salmon Muffin, created with beetroot and orange-cured salmon, homemade English muffin and whipped horseradish; a refined take on the American soul food Chicken Waffle, done the Aulis way with buttermilk waffle, fried chicken and birch sap butter; Pork Head Crumpet. For those with a sweet tooth, indulge into new dessert creations such as Warm Cherry Cake infused with Earl Grey chocolate and garnished with homegrown marigold; and finally, Pine Doughnuts filled with custard.
